Student Health Services (SHS) Health Promotion is hosting an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness for stress management on Mondays in Denton. If you’d like to attend, you must register in advance for this 6-week group by emailing email@example.com.

If you are not able to join us on Mondays in Denton, we are introducing an online Mindfulness course for stress management. If this is how you’d like to participate, you can search for Health Promotion Mindfulness under the Organization Tab in Blackboard to join the group. We will be officially launching this course next week, however, you can begin at any point during the semester and complete the course on your own time.
