How to Prepare for a Career Day/Job Fair

The Career Services Office will host a seminar to assist students with preparing for a Career Day/Job Fair.  Students will receive tips on what to do before, during, and after a Career Day/Job Fair, such as researching the companies, preparing questions for the recruiters, and following up with employers after attending a Career Day/Job Fair. 

Interested students should call Career Services at 940.898.2950 to sign-up. Door prizes will be awarded. 

Southwest Airlines Internships Information Session

A recruiter from Southwest Airlines will be on campus on March 5 from 4 to 5 p.m. in Student Union 113 to conduct an information session regarding various Internship positions available.  Interested students should contact Career Services at 940-898-2950 for a listing of the available internships by major, as well as further details and to sign up.

Peace Corps Brown Bag LUnch Information Session

A recruiter for the Peace Corps will be conducting a Brown Bag Lunch Information Session on Thursday, February 21 from 12:00 – 1:30 in Student Union 113.  Encourage your interested students to bring their lunch and join the recruiter in learning more information about serving in the Peace Corps.

Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way for students to immerse themselves in a new culture, learn a new language, and have the experience of a lifetime. Encourage your students to join us at this information session to learn about Volunteer experiences, have their questions answered, and gain tips to guide them through the application process.
