Applications are being accepted for the next Texas Woman’s University Student Regent, and for student representatives to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and advisory committees.
The Student Regent is the highest university leadership position to which a student can be appointed while enrolled in Texas public higher education. Serving on an advisory committee of THECB will provide a unique leadership experience for a student.
We are looking for the brightest students who are willing to represent TWU at the highest levels of leadership, and take an active role in helping shape higher education policy in Texas.
Application form, applicant criteria, and detailed responsibilities for each position are available on the TWU website: www.twu.edu/student-development/StudentRegent.asp.
Application due dates are October 8 for the student representatives, and October 15 for the student regent.
