“New scholarship program for US students wishing to pursue graduate study in Scotland for courses commencing in Fall 2008. Graduate programs at Scottish universities are generally one year in length commencing September/October. Admissions do not require the GRE or other standardized tests.
July 1, 2008 is the deadline for scholarship applications which must be sent directly to the chosen institution. Applications and more details on criteria for individual institutions can be found at www.scotland-usa-scholarship.com"

This question is asked every now and then by prospective students who call our office or come to our Online Degree Information Sessions. Some fear that employers are going to look down on a degree that was earned online. Fear no more! Dr. Kenneth E. Hartman wrote an article, "Major Employers Embrace Online Degrees," for the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) that claims that the popularity and acceptance of online degrees is growing among employers!
